July 18-28
Emma has been working on rolling over for awhile. She's able to get up on to her side but can't get over the final push. She recently discovered she can grab her feet, though, so maybe rolling over is soon!
Since rolling over is in the near future, we are trying to wean Emma off of being swaddled. She loves being swaddled - or more like she hates hitting herself in the face. We found this sleep sack and so far she likes it!

Emma fell asleep on me while I was play Bookopoly with mom, Trista, and Meghan. It's a good thing the girls liked to roll the dice and move me around the board because my hands were full!
And the very next night, she used her daddy as a pillow!
Of course Grandpa needed Emma cuddles too!

We celebrated Meghan's birthday while she was here. Emma fell asleep for most of the party.
Emma loves seeing her family! Next up is Aunt Dana in a few weeks, Aunt Patti and Mom mom (Emma's great aunt and great-grandmother), and of course Grandma's monthly visits!
I will never forget the furrow when I told her that I had to stay!!!
